Celeste Zeng

Celeste Zeng is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Global Sources, supporting corporate level project planning, and communication and research, among others.

Before her college graduation, she had been an intern for other business units at Global Sources, specifically for corporate marketing and a special project team. Visitor marketing team offered her first full-time job as Project Coordinator, in which she was trained in recruiting international visitors and managing onsite projects. Later on she got a job at Global Sources Direct and shifted from event management to a startup-like business unit, where she met many amazing people and learnt a lot of lessons.

In 2011, Zeng was accepted to the Hinrich Foundation’s scholarship program when it was still named as Kearny Alliance. She spent two years studying her favorite courses in Marketing and Psychology at Hong Kong Baptist University, and participated in many fun-filled bazaars with fellow scholars.

Asking people to describe her with a word, Zeng often got "energetic” as an answer. Being energetic, positive and curious, she enjoys meeting different people, exploring new things, public speaking and hiking.

Believing in a saying that goes, "We make our decisions, and then our decisions turn around and make us,” she is very grateful for making the right decision to join the Hinrich Foundation in 2011.
